In the fast-paced and often overwhelming world we live in, finding a moment of calm and clarity can seem like an elusive dream. That's where the 8-week mindfulness coaching program comes in, drawing inspiration from Jon Kabat-Zinn's renowned Stress Reduction program at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Have you ever longed for a space in your busy life where you can simply be, where you can explore the depths of your own mind and emotions, and where you can cultivate a sense of inner peace? This is precisely what the mindfulness training offers.
A coaching session takes 75 minutes and consists for about 50% of shorter and longer formal meditation exercises to train your awareness, to bring attention to the present moment and to refocus your attention when you get distracted.
The other part of the sessions is a therapeutic one where we focus on specific themes that are important in mindfulness practice like autopilot behavior, dealing with hindrances and taking good care of yourself. We connect and apply these themes to your specific experiences and issues.
Each session, we also take time to discuss and evaluate your own mindfulness practice and specific issues you come accross and are working on during the course of the program.
